Terms of Service

Hi, thank you for your interest, this is my ToS so please read through it before asking to commission me. When you commission me you are agreeing to these terms!

1. General Terms

  • Prices are subject to change depending on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

2. Payment

  • The currency accepted is GBP or USD and can only be paid through PayPal.

  • Commissions paid 100% upfront.

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment via an invoice.

  • Your commission will not be started until the payment has been received.

3. Process and delivery

  • The time it will take to finish your commission varies could be 2 days to 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of commissioned piece, other work and studies.

  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

4. Revisions

  • I will send updates and you can request updates if I haven't contacted you in a few days!

  • Any major changes can be made during the sketch stage and 3 minor adjustments can be made to the piece after that for free!

  • A fee will be added if you want me to make major changes to the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • I do not mind written, picture, mood board or doodle references to help with the initial idea and revisions!

5. Copyright & Usage

  • I, Raobii (the artist),

  • Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc).

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the costumer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

  • You (the client/commissioner),

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit to me, the artist.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading the POD services, making prints for selling, etc).

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned work without my (the artist’s) consent.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may not use the commissioned work for commercial purposes.

  • Do not use my art of AI of NFTs.

  • The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyright artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Altering the artwork without my consent.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I send the first sketch WIP.

  • If, for any reason, I am unable to start or complete your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel the order before I start it, you will get a full refund.

  • You are allowed to cancel the commission whenever you like but no refund will be given. Please understand this.

  • PayPal specific---

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a paypal chargeback, I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
